It is a department of people serving folks, from newborn infants to persons requiring well being providers to our most elderly citizens. These challenges impression the ability of states to ascertain and preserve early intervention applications using Community Mental Health Services Block Grant funding. This Priority Goal reflects HHS’ efforts to boost the standard of early childhood schooling for low-income kids. All three key measures present distinctive and essential aspects of boosting the quality of early childhood packages and services.
